Our shop takes your order and customizes items as you want. We are always concerned about delivering high-quality products that are close to our customers' images.
Accordingly, we will not simplify design and use low-quality materials to reduce costs. Instead, we recommend customers to give their opinions actively. To offer the best service from beginning from end, we do not set a deadline when our staffs work at your request. We ask for your understanding regarding this matter.

STEP1

Fill out the forms about the item which you want to be made to order. Write in detail. (size, shape, material, budget, etc.) Contact us Contact Form.

STEP2

After checking your requirements, we will give you an estimate before start working.
※If information written on the form is not enough for us to estimate the cost, please let us know more details so that it is possible.
※If you would like to get an early response, please tell us.Our staffs are not very good at English, but we will use translation software to respond as quickly as we can.
※In case of translation software not working well, please allow a few minutes for a reply.

STEP3

If you have decided on all the specifications you want to order, we will present a formal quotation of the final cost.
The quotation includes charge, orders, Terms And Conditions. Please confirm it and submit your request by e-mail.
※By submitting the request, you show you are in agreement with such terms.
Terms And Conditions
After your mail is confirmed, you should pay half (or quarter) of the charge in advance, into our Paypal account. Then your request is accepted and customization starts.

STEP4

The drawing will be made based on the application.After that, we will start to produce each part we need in sequence.

※Some parts may be outsourced to external suppliers according to the specifications of the requested item.

STEP5

Our staffs will carry out the process of painting and assembling → painting → finishing with completed parts.

STEP6

We will send you 5~10 images of finished product. If there is no problem, please pay for the balance, shipping and packing costs.
※Delivery will not be done until all payments have been completed.
※If you have a problem with the image for confirmation, please tell us and we will send another one.
※Additional charges may be incurred depending on the correction and the number of corrections.
※If additional fees are incurred, they will be notified in advance (before commencement of work).

STEP7

After payment is confirmed, the requested item will be shipped by EMS.
※It is difficult for us to accurately know about foreign law, so please check by yourself, especially procedures related to customs.
