How to order Please use Contact Form
About the final product The final product is the item that was ordered, along with a case for it that must be ordered.
We cannot give you any of the blueprints, or data that we used during manufacturing.
Types of quotation

【Regular Quotation】

The price that we quote you on your contact form is the price assuming the usual quality with no retakes.
If you have any specific details on your order, or require multiple retakes, we will require additional fees.

※Regarding retakes

When we send you progress on your project, if you find any need for retakes that aren't entirely a mistake on our part, please be aware that we will ask you for an extra fee.

【Detailed Quotation】

If you have any specific details about what you would like your item to be, please let us know about them.
We will do our best to meet your needs.

Fees apart from manufacturing costs We will ask you to pay for the following:
-Shipping(Depends on your order)
-Packaging(Depends on your order)
-International Shipping(Generally EMS or Sagawa Intl. Shipping) and the taxes involved
We will take no responsibility for what happens at customs of your country, and therefore ask that you look into the laws involved before ordering.

※The quoted price does not include any of these fees nor the quote for the original case.
There will be a separate fee involved to send the original case out to our international customers.
Payment Our quoted price will be in Japanese Yen.
Please convert your currency to Yen before paying.

When the quote is finalized, and all the details are confirmed, we will ask you for a payment.
Please pay half of the quoted fee (or a quarter if you would like to pay in parts) within the next 7 days.
If you can let us know when you will pay, it will help us to make things go smoother, and therefore would like to ask for your cooperation.
If we cannot confirm the payment within a week of your specified date, we will cancel your order.
We will start on the project once we confirm your payment.

About paying in parts

Firstly, we will ask for a deposit of a quarter of the quoted price, and start working from then.
During manufacturing, you can pay the rest at your own convenience. (We ask that you cover for the transfer fees etc.)
Once the payments are complete we will ship the item to you.

[Regarding payments during production]

Please pay more than 10,000 Yen on each payment.
During production, we will contact you when we need extra fees for anything.

☆Examples of things that would cost extra:
-Metallic manufacturing 5,000~500,000 Yen
-Laser processing 5,000~100,000 Yen
-Painting:20,000~200,000 Yen
-Other outsourced parts 10,000~800,000 Yen
These prices are only an estimation and may change.

If you let us know, we are able to wait for you to prepare the costs (up to 6 months)

[Attention]Applies for both payment methods

If we cannot get in touch for more than 3 months, or do not receive a payment for more than 6 months,we will assume that you have cancelled your order, and may use parts from your order for another order. Furthermore, if your order is cancelled, we cannot offer a refund of any payments so far.

As a general rule of thumb, we prioritise orders with half the amount paid in advance, and the other half paid at the end.

Shipping Internation shipping
There are countries that our shipping solutions do not offer, so please let us know in advance where you are from.
We will confirm with our shipping companies.

※Even if shipping is not possible, it may be possible for a member of our staff to deliver it in person to you in your country. Please keep in mind that there will be extra fees involved in this case.
※If you move to a different country during the manufacturing process we may not be able to ship it to you.

Regarding refunds For order-made products, we cannot offer any refunds. Regarding cancellations, After [step 3] of the process, we cannot offer any refunds. If you do decide to cancel, we will take 50% of the original quotation as a cancellation fee. After After [step 5] of the process, all cancellations will take 80% to 100% of the original quoted price. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please email us. We will talk to you about what we can do for you.
