We will reply to you within 48 hours of receiving your email
If you contact us using the contact form, or send us an email and do not get a reply from us within 48 hours,
please make sure that the email addresses were entered correctly, and please contact us again.

※If you wish to send an attachment, please tell us so in the contact form.

Most of the emails sent to our store in English will be machine translated to Japanese and then be processed as such.
If we feel a more precise and detailed translation is needed, we will let you know how long it will take via email.

Please keep in mind that for accuracy we will need to disclose the entire contents of the email to the translator, but nothing more.

Regarding contact via email

There have been multiple cases of emails failing to reach our customers who use a free email service.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but ask you to send us a secondary contact address such as a Twitter account or a second email address.
If you are attaching files to your email, be aware that they may not reach us due to email file size limits. Consequently, we ask that you let us know in advance if you do plan on sending us attachments.

About translation

As our workshop is based in Japan we don't have any native English speakers on site.
Therefore all our initial communications will have to be done via machine translation.
This does mean that some word such as the name of characters etc may not be translated accurately.
Once we do form a commission contract all further communications will be done through an English translator.

※We place utmost value on recreating items with impeccable accuracy, and usually this requires the use of acrylic as a base material.
Even if the item you want us to make is made out of metal inside of its original world, we find that using real metal doesn't exactly give off the same texture and atmosphere that we fall in love with.

Regular metallic models refer to models where an aluminium alloy is used, e.g, for the spine of a sword etc.
